The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers' standard within 7 days of purchase, customers can call the JNC customer service to follow up.
  • Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us.
  • Packing, accessories, and user guide should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
  • The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced, or contain any trace of use.
  • No exchange would be made for the product that has undergone any repair by unauthorised third parties.
  • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  • We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.
  • In case of any dispute, JNC reserves the right of final decision.

  • 在運輸過程中造成的損壞、漏液、破碎、性能故障,缺件等,經售後人員核查情況屬實(缺件指商品原裝配件缺失)。

  • 人為損壞:未經JNC授權的維修、誤用、碰撞、疏忽、濫用、事故、改動、不正確的安裝所造成的商品品質問題或外觀問題,或撕毀、塗改標貼、機器序號、防偽標記。
  • 商業用途:包括但不限於辦公用途、商業經營、工程等超出商品正常狀態的高頻率使用。
  • 無法提供商品的發票憑證資訊與商品不符及被塗改的。
